The country of origin is the either the country where the good has been wholly obtained or when more than one country is concerned in the production of the good, the country where the last substantial transformation has been carried out. — Страна происхождения — это страна, в которой товар был полностью произведен, или, если в производстве данного товара участвовали более чем одна страна, та страна, в которой товар в последний раз прошел достаточно глубокую переработку.
